Team

What we value

Our company is an expression of our aligned sense of purpose, our World Work. We hold ourselves accountable to the beliefs that:

Relationships
Matter

At work and at home, how we relate significantly impacts the quality of our results.

Contribution
Counts

Purposeful contribution makes for a better world. We take on work that matters and makes a real impact. As our clients do better, the country/world does better, abundance grows, and this brings benefit to all.

Human
First

In the workplace, when people are valued for who they are, they feel safe enough to bring more of themselves, organisations thrive.

As team coaches, we aim to walk our talk. As a coaching team, we hold ourselves accountable to the principles we offer our clients.

Our network

We collaborate with a selected network of like-minded associates and collaborators, who also challenge us and bring a diversity of perspectives. We put together project teams that will best deliver the outcomes our clients are looking for.

Why we coach teams

What drew us to Team Coaching, and a more systemic approach to development, is what we call “the trainer’s lament”. In delivering self and leadership development programmes that resonate, we both experienced discomfort with the reality of a number of workshop attendees who failed to implement their learnings, once back in their daily environments.

For this reason, and for greater impact, we have adopted more integrated approaches that recognise the interdependence of individuals within their network of stakeholders, when seen through a systemic lens.
In this context, we find Team Coaching delivers sustainable performance and change at scale, especially when integrated with individual learning and coaching programmes.
