In November 2025, we hosted a webinar on Accountability as a Reflective Practice. The level of engagement and interest confirmed something we see consistently in our work with leaders and teams, that  accountability remains one of the most critical and most misunderstood drivers of performance.

What became clear through that conversation was the need for a deeper, more integrated exploration. Not quick fixes, but a clearer understanding of how accountability functions in human systems, and what leaders can do to create the conditions in which it is willingly owned and sustained.

In response, we are offering a Leadership Masterclass in Accountability in April. This masterclass is designed as a multi-element learning journey, recognising that accountability is developed through reflection, practice, and ongoing conversation over time.

The journey includes:

• Pre-work, inviting participants to reflect on accountability within their own context.
• A half-day online masterclass, where leaders engage with accountability as an ongoing leadership practice that is systemic, relational, and grounded in neuroscience and relationship systems thinking.
• An implementation assignment, supporting the process of translating insight into deliberate leadership practice within their teams and organisations.
• A facilitated group follow-up conversation, providing a touch-point for reflection and learning integration.

This Leadership Masterclass is offered as an open public course, and is also available as an in-house offering for leadership teams and organisations. It can be delivered virtually or face-to-face, and adapted to organisational context while maintaining the integrity of the learning journey.

It is particularly suited to leaders who are:

• navigating complexity, change, or performance pressure
• experiencing recurring accountability challenges in their teams
• interested in strengthening performancethrough people, rather than at their expense
